About CloudCapsule

Microsoft 365 security is a job nobody had time for. We built the tool that gives it back.

CloudCapsule turns scattered Microsoft 365 security signals into one assessment, one remediation plan, and one report your client will actually read — in 60 seconds. Built by a team that has spent careers in the MSP, IT-channel, and Microsoft ecosystems.

What we believe.

Every choice in the product comes back to these. They are what we tell new hires on day one and what we ask ourselves when we are arguing about a feature.

Security work should be repeatable.

If you can only do it once, it is not a service. Posture assessments, baseline rollouts, and client reporting should be a Tuesday — not a project.

Reports are for clients, not engineers.

A board doesn’t care about a Graph API endpoint. We turn raw Microsoft signals into language a CEO can repeat back — and a partner can sell on.

Frameworks beat opinions.

CIS, NIST CSF, Essential 8, Cyber Essentials — we map to the rulebooks your industry already uses, so the conversation isn’t about taste.

Per-tenant pricing or it isn’t fair.

You should never pay to manage a tenant you aren’t actively managing. Flat-fee Analyze, per-tenant Manage. No per-seat traps.

Channel-first, always.

We sell through partners, build with partners, and ship the things partners ask for. The product roadmap is shaped by MSP feedback, not analyst reports.

Speed is a feature.

A 60-second assessment isn’t a vanity stat — it’s why a partner can run one in a sales call and close on the same screen.

Why we built it

Our team came together from Microsoft, Pax8, MSPs, and IT-channel marketing. From every seat, the picture was the same: Microsoft 365 had become the security perimeter for millions of small and mid-sized businesses, and nobody had a fast way to see whether it was actually configured securely.

Partners were stitching together scripts, spreadsheets, and screenshots. Reports took weeks. Clients couldn’t read them. Drift went unnoticed for months. The work that mattered most was the work nobody had time to do.

CloudCapsule is the platform we wished we had: one assessment across every Microsoft 365 tenant, mapped to the frameworks regulators and insurers care about, with a remediation path you can actually action. Built by people who have lived the problem.
