How does pricing work for partners?

Analyze is $250/month flat — unlimited tenants under 1,000 users, no per-seat fees. Manage is enabled per tenant at +$250/month base (250 pooled users, then $1/user/mo on enabled tenants) so you’re only ever paying on the tenants you turn on. Academic and Enterprise pricing is available on request.

What Microsoft licensing do my clients need?

CloudCapsule works best with Microsoft 365 Business Premium or above. Reduced licensing leaves key security signals and controls unavailable, so assessments and fixes can only cover what the tenant actually licenses. CloudCapsule surfaces licensing gaps automatically on every report so you can have the upsell conversation with evidence.

Do I have to commit long-term?

No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime. We reward annual commitments with extra seats and partner benefits — but you’re never locked in.
