New Ways to Share and Explore Data

You asked and we delivered -- here are three new features of CloudCapsule Premium released in June. Our team has been busy refining and expanding our feature set as more partner adopt CloudCapsule Premium to accelerate their security practice.

Customer Access

This new feature is built for co-managed IT environments, giving partners the ability to securely collaborate with internal IT teams to review and remediate Microsoft 365 security controls—together.

  • Partners can grant access to all users or specific users in a tenant
  • Customers can add/change annotations to controls to support co-managed IT engagements
  • Customer is limited to their tenant
  • Customer sees your custom branding
  • Customers are only able to see their assessment results, not Playbooks or billing information

Try it Now

Simply click on the Share icon to manage Customer Access:

Choose to allow all users or specific users access and click Grant Access & Generate Shared Link:

Historic Reporting

A wide variety of security controls and settings have been enabled to display historic reporting, allowing you to see trending based on the recent assessments run within the tenant over the past 90 days.

This feature helps to identify changes and trending, supporting client discussions, and guiding technical remediation efforts to achieve specific goals within a control or baseline.

Try it Now

Within your Premium subscription, simply choose a security control or overview where you see the History icon:

Historic reporting will be displayed, with certain controls having different styles of graph or datapoints displayed based on the type of control chosen:

Multi-Tenant Data Explorer

Gain a bird's-eye view across all your CloudCapsule Premium tenants to quickly spot weak points and streamline remediation efforts across clients.

  • Use the Multi-Tenant Data Explorer to uncover gaps introduced by configuration drift—from new employee onboarding to device swaps or evolving policies.
  • Turn insights from the Multi-Tenant Data Explorer into action—by identifying opportunities for professional services and driving new project-based revenue.

Multi-Tenant Data Explorer has three key views, and allows you to filter results to drill down to a specifc Control, Metric or Playbook.

Controls

Click on the Explorer icon in the left navigation and choose your filter type from Control name, Tenant Name, or Pass/Fail/Assumed Risk/etc:

Refine the Explorer to a single control or group of controls:

Metrics

Quickly visualize key metrics across all of your tenants, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for continuous improvement or professional services. Simply filter your results for the desired view:

Playbooks

Similar to Controls and Metrics, Playbooks can be visualized across all of your tenants to show progress against key projects or adoption of features:
