What can CloudCapsule actually do inside my tenant?
You grant read access to tenant configuration through Microsoft's own consent flow. CloudCapsule reads settings, it never stores your credentials, and nothing in the tenant changes unless you choose to run a fix. You can remove the app from Entra ID at any time and access ends there.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged and nothing auto-converts, since we never took a card. The reports you ran stay available in your account. If you want to keep scanning, pick a plan; if not, remove the app and you're done.
Do I need my client's permission to scan their tenant?
Connecting a client tenant uses the same Microsoft consent flow, approved by an account with admin rights in that tenant. Most MSPs already hold that access under their service agreement, and the scan reads configuration without changing anything, which keeps it inside typical assess-and-recommend authority. When in doubt, tell the client first. The report makes a good reason to.
What does it cost after the trial?

Does it map to the frameworks I report against?
Every assessment maps to the frameworks MSPs report against, including CIS 8.1, ACSC Essential Eight, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 1, UK Cyber Essentials, SMB1001, Microsoft Secure Score, and Microsoft's own security baseline. One scan feeds whichever report your client, auditor, or insurer asks for, and custom baselines are supported too.
